Business Development & Expansion Officer at Equity Bank Kenya

Description

Reporting to the Expansion & Facility Management Manager, the Business Development & Expansion Officer will implement the strategically planned expansion agenda by conducting feasibility studies for setting up EQA facilities, carry out technical site evaluation, supervise construction work to completion including compliance to brand standards, health and safety measures and supervise facilities to ensure ongoing maintenance of facility standards.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in Construction related courses; Engineering, Architecture, Land Economics, Interior Design, Building Economics.
• At least three (3) years’ experience in Facilities & Project Management or a similar role.
