Business Development Officer at Development Bank of Kenya

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Head of Business Development and Marketing, the positon is part of the team tasked with the responsibility of growing the Bank’s business grow by ensuring more customers are brought on board and those already engaged are having a wonderful customer experience. The positions priority is to acquire new customers and sell additional products or services to existing ones.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

1. Bachelors degree in finance, marketing or any business related course.
2. Minimum of three years related experience in sales, marketing and business development in the banking sector.
3. Extensive knowledge in the banking and financial sector services in Kenya and current trends
4. Experience in data collection and general research principles
