Responsibilities
- Promote and grow the ECORIC biofungicide and biofertilizer brand in Kenya
- Sell bio-inputs directly to farmers, focusing on flower farms and tea plantations
- Travel regularly to farms for product demonstrations, consultations, and sales
- Plan and execute targeted marketing and advertising campaigns
- Work with our international team to expand the reach of ECORIC products
- Collect feedback from farmers and distributors to improve service and strategy
- Provide daily and weekly reports on sales activities
Requirements & Skills
- Proven sales experience is mandatory
- Background in agricultural sales (flowers, tea, or related crops) is a strong advantage
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of crop protection and fertilizer products is a plus
- Willingness to travel extensively to farms across Kenya
- High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
Minimum Qualification Requirements
- From 1 year of proven sales experience (agricultural sector preferred)
- Strong interest in agricultural products and bio-inputs
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready for frequent fieldwork
- Basic computer literacy (emails, reporting, MS Office)

We are looking for candidates based in or familiar with the main flower and tea farming regions of Kenya:
Nairobi, Kiambu, Uasin Gishu, Trans Nzoia, Kericho, Nyandarua, Laikipia, Thika, Nanyuki, Kajiado, Kwale, Kilifi, Lamu, Siaya, Migori, Homa Bay, Busia, Bungoma, West Pokot, Taita-Taveta, Makueni, Narok, Migori, Kisii, Baringo, Kakamega.
