    Call Center Agent - Telesales

    The Telesales Representative drives sales and delivers exceptional customer service. You will proactively make outbound calls and manage inbound calls to convert prospects into customers and foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. The role will focus on achieving sales targets and providing a customer-centric approach to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

    Key Skills & Qualifications:

    • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills for managing calls and client interactions.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate databases.
    • High confidentiality and sound judgment in handling customer information.
    • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
