Call for Proposal for Facilitation of Heca Staff Team Building Retreat at Oxfam

The specific Terms of Reference (TOR) will include:

1. Design and deliver the two days team building retreat.
2. Coordinate a two-day offsite team building staff retreat.
3. Support and facilitate activities during pre-event, plenary activities, team initiatives, activities and closure
4. Select and deploy appropriate tools, games, and activities to help express a clear message intended for the event so as to ensure connectedness during the event.

The deliverable outcomes that will result among others shall include:

1. A strong, energized, focused, positive, and optimistic team.
2. Enhanced team communication and motivation.

Minimum requirements

1. Proven track record of conducting similar events with verified evidence.
2. Duly registered organization or individual that is verified.
3. Tax compliance
