Civil Works Foreman at Frank Management Consult Ltd

JOB PURPOSE: 

Design specifications of all engineering projects, production of engineering drawings and acquisition of field survey data in all plantation fields for production of digital field maps that facilitate all field operations.

Main accountabilities of the Civil Works Foreman will include: -

• Preparing project designs.
• Production of all engineering working drawings.
• Preparing project cost estimate/ bill of quantities.
• Carrying out work inspection during and after construction.
• Preparing digital maps e.g. topographic maps, soil maps, location map.
• Reporting the status of the projects to Civil Works SDH.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelors in Degree (Civil/Geomatics Engineering).
• Computer Software Skills (Ms Project, Auto-cad, civil cad, Arch-GIS).
• Over 3 years’ experience in manufacturing industry.
• Project management skills.
• Knowledge of survey and digital mapping.
• One should be able to work under highly stressful conditions.
• A team player and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
