Achievement or improvement of retention budgets & growth rate
Manage the Existing Customer portfolio & negotiate contract value increase in line with company Gross Margin Targets
Maintain complete records of all activities regarding the customer - creating a relevant and historic database to aid in client retention and informed decision making
Make every effort to encourage our existing client base to retain our services by building and maintaining professional client relationships & resigning of Customer’s due for renewal
Respond rapidly to client termination letters or instructions all requests, including visiting such clients to gather feedback on reasons for termination and make effort to reverse the decision
Behind Visits, Support the Branch in maximising return on portfolio via visiting customers that are not being serviced as per the contract frequencies as directed by the Branch Manager
Prepare and submit daily activity reports, including daily termination reports to the manager
Act as the key contact for all terminations or potential terminations and take full responsibility of all required actions
Coordinate with the branch manager closely for the purpose of reporting on branch terminations
Coordinate with AR for the purpose of having visibility of potential terminations on account of non-payments, flag and note accounts on suspension and endeavour to support as may be possible
Assist and support in the CVC & Complaint handling process periodically as may be needed and take up accounts with adverse CVC, complaint feedback to avoid termination
Engage in sales generation by reminding current or new clients of company products and services for up/cross-selling purposes
Take charge of re-sign of terminated contracts, and ensure to convert a minimum of 5 terminated customers per month
