Clinical Officer at SonySugar Limited

Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail:

• Implementing Company’s Health policies and programmes;
• Ensuring provision of promotive, preventive, and curative medical care;
• Referring patients for outside specialized medical attention as appropriate;
• Organizing and conducting health education and counselling to the community and patients;
• Providing clinical and family health care services in health institutions and communities through history taking, examination, investigation, and diagnosis;
• Treating and managing diseases and conditions;
• Monitoring patients and providing necessary guidance and counseling;
• Undertaking disease surveillance, control, and management in liaison with other stakeholders;
• Providing clinical outreach and school health services;
• Provision of specialized services.

Job Specifications:

• Three (3) years relevant work experience;
• Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Community Health or equivalent from a recognized institution;
• At least one (1) year internship from a recognized hospital;
• Certificate of Registration from the Clinical Officers’ Council;
• Valid Professional Practice License from the Clinical Officers’ Council;
• Proficiency in computer application;
• Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution.
