JOB PROFILE

• Responsible supporting the brand image and meet commercial objective of the business.
• Ensure the retail visual merchandising in stores is finest and consistent.
• Responsible to ensure that all VM guidelines has been strictly adhered.

SPECIFIC DELIVERABLES

• To work on new store opening and renovation
• To visit project sites , check BOQ and vendor management
• To identify and develop vendor base for smooth task management for the location assigned
• To coordinate with Business Heads & Country Manager regarding design specification & dealer approval
• To do regular market visit at company showrooms to ensure that all VM guidelines were strictly adhered
• To share observation noted during field visit with Sr. Manager
• To help vendor in sourcing material required for store renovation
• To visit competitor stores and share competitor practice with HO
• To work in alignment with commercial team to track PO and vendor payments
• To ensure to keep VM expenses under budget
• To train VM Coordinators & Marketing Coordinators once a quarter & ensuring that all have complete knowledge on the latest concepts & designs.

FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience in Project Management in Retail Designing
• Should have good understanding of Colors and material
• Can tap and implement innovation
• Prior experience of policy and strategy formulation
• Prior experience of product portfolio management
• Eye for identifying new potential
• Timely response & frequent coordination with Sales team.
• Hands on working.
