You're the perfect fit if:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative field
• Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator
• Possess a deep passion for visual storytelling and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Creative and graphic design
• Attention to detail.
• Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects
• Strong analytical skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred.
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
• Experience with both print and digital media
• Proficiency in After Effects/Motion/3D is a substantial advantage.
• Experience with UX/UI is a welcomed addition.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative design concepts tailored to the payment industry
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate design requirements for marketing initiatives
• Guide the visual representation of product features
• Produce high-quality artwork for advertising and branding campaigns
• Establish internal guidelines for artwork creation and management
• Generate print-ready files and maintain artwork master templates
• Provide graphic design support for payment-related promotions
• Design marketing collateral to educate customers and merchants
• Maintain a content database of visual assets
• Refine designs based on feedback and create visuals for technical understanding
• Coordinate between teams for project alignment
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements
• Act as a liaison between design team and other departments
• Address challenges related to design projects and solicit feedback
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
