    Customer Relationship Executive

    The Customer Relationship Officer will ensure high service standards to ensure our clients are delighted with our services and can refer others. They will play a key role in managing the CRM. 

    Our preffered candidate should have the following:

    • Business related diploma or degree
    • 6 years' proven customer support experience
    • proven use of CRM systems
    • Data analysis experience
    • Good organization skills
    • Proficient use of GSuite
