    Customer Service Agent

    Main responsibilities:

    • Receive and process customer inquiries (via phone and email);
    • Optimize communication and relationships with various stakeholders;
    • Report, follow up, document and take action to resolve all ongoing issues until they are resolved;
    • Inform customers on products and services offered;
    • Perform data entry;
    • Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or related to the position.

    Desired qualifications/requirements for the position :

    • Excellent English
    • Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in customer service
    • Excellent listening and communication skills
    • Positive attitude and professional work ethic
    • Interpersonal skills, tact, diplomacy and politeness
    • Sense of responsibility and discretion
    • Autonomy and resourcefulness.
