    Digital Marketing Manager

    ​​​​​The Digital Marketing Manager, will lead our marketing efforts, develop strategies to enhance our brand and drive growth, collaborate with departments to align initiatives with business goals, work with Sales Managers on campaigns, and oversee departmental activities.

    Key Skills & Qualifications:

    • Education - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Advanced digital marketing knowledge
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
    • Experience with market research and customer insights.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, graphic design software, and content management systems.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Leadership experience in managing a marketing team and fostering collaboration.
    • Analytical skills to interpret marketing metrics, data, and departmental reports.
    • Data-driven decision making & ROI analysis.
    • Creative thinking, innovative ideas, and strong project management abilities. Adaptability to market trends.

    Key Competencies

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products and services across traditional, outdoor, and digital platforms.
    • Collaborate with sales, production, and other teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
    • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, manage the company's online presence, and ensure brand consistency. Analyze marketing campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement. Manage the marketing budget, coordinate industry events, and build relationships with stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
    • Lead, motivate, and supervise the marketing team, fostering collaboration and conducting regular meetings. Drive business growth through customer engagement, dealership expansion, and monitoring product performance nationwide.
