Install and maintain power supply and distribution network in the entire site in accordance to a relevant code of practice.
Install, maintain, and modify electromechanical instruments, electronic controls, and power supplies in production, warehouse, and the offices.
Install, maintain, and control all facility services in the site such as air, reverse osmosis water treatment, water deionizers, and industrial water heaters.
Contribute to preventative Maintenance programs to ensure that unplanned Downtime is avoided.
Support in all the measurement instrument calibration in his area.
Participate in all mechanical breakdowns and ensure root cause analysis is performed and setting mitigation actions.
Maintain the production lines in excellent performance shape and report all deficiencies.
Experience you will bring:
Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized electrical engineering graduate with the ability to read, understand, and interpret circuit diagrams
Good experience and troubleshooting skills in advanced technologies i.e. HMI – PLC – Servo drives – servo motors
A good knowledge of mechanical and electronics field is also necessary with sound understanding of high-voltage equipment
5-year work experience in a manufacturing plant preferably FMCG
Good skills and solid background in pneumatic system
