Foot Soldiers-Sales Assistants at ATC West Healthcare

Our client is a well-established FMCG manufacturer seeks to hire 6 foot soldiers to distribute and sell their commodities in any of the given market areas.

Locations: Nairobi Eastlands, Nairobi Westlands, Nairobi Southland and Nairobi Northlands &  Nairobi CBD
Salary: Kshs 15,000 + Ksh 2000 Travel Allowance

Responsibilities

1. To forecast sales accurately
2. To close sales on a consistent basis
3. To deliver orders and source for new orders
4. To source for business
5. To meet and exceed monthly targets and grow sales month by month
6. To identify and map sales areas and conduct sales demos
7. To ensure complaints and after-sales service issues are managed in time and to the satisfaction of the customers
8. To meet high ethical standards in line with the company culture

Qualifications

1. Form four certificate with 2 years’ experience in sales
2. Strong team player
3. A go-getter, who can take initiative and work independently
4. Energetic, enthusiastic, innovative, passionate
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
6. Able to connect with people and obtain their trust and respect
