Forklift Operator at Q-Sourcing Servtec Group

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Loading and off-loading of warehouse goods.
• Transporting materials to different locations within the facility.
• Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency.
• Securing loads to machines before transportation.
• Inspecting Forklift before operations and documentation.
• Scheduling forklift trucks for maintenance and repairs.
• Operating and managing other technical equipment. E.g. Manual/Electric stackers.
• Managing inventory by following warehouse standards.
• Identifying workplace safety hazards and taking appropriate measures.
• Adhering to safety management standards on site.
• Adhering to production schedules, i.e. OTIF and delivery standards, i.e. FIFO.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• At least 3 years of Forklift operations in a busy manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Forklift service and maintenance is an added advantage
