Full Stack Engineer at Ando

As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll work on our core food delivery platform — building seamless, scalable systems across the stack and directly impacting how customers experience our brands.

Key Responsibities

• Build user-friendly, mobile-responsive interfaces using React.js (or similar frameworks)
• Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure beautiful, intuitive UIs
• Optimize performance across devices and browsers

Backend Development

• Develop and maintain backend systems using Python and Django
• Build RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework
• Integrate third-party services (payments, platforms, databases)

Database and Performance Optimisation

• Design and manage PostgreSQL databases for scale and speed
• Implement async processing using Celery + Redis
• Optimize query performance and backend speed

CI/CD, Testing & Reliability

• Write robust unit and integration tests
• Use CI/CD pipelines to deploy quickly and safely
• Ensure high system uptime and rapid bug resolution

Collaboration and code quality

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (ops, guest relations, culinary)
• Contribute to code reviews and uphold best practices
• Stay current with industry trends and suggest improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with full stack development
