Position Summary

ANDO Foods Limited is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graphic Design Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting the design team by creating visually engaging and on-brand graphics for various marketing materials, both digital and print. Your responsibilities will include designing social media content, website assets, promotional materials, and other creative visuals that align with the company’s branding.

KEY RESULT AREAS

• Develop engaging and relevant content for various platforms, including social media,
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, tracking progress, and measuring outcome
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by creating posts, engaging with followers, and responding to inquiries.
• Assisting in preparing regular reports summarizing performance metrics and insights for the marketing team.
• Assisting in general administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and maintaining databases.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and updating content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage with our audience and promote our products.
• Help create compelling and on-brand content for blog posts, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Contribute to the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Assist in conducting market research, including competitor analysis, industry trends, and customer insights, to inform marketing strategies.
• Support the analysis of campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, helping to refine strategies for maximum impact.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
• Monitor and engage with customers through social media, respond to inquiries, and gather feedback to improve marketing efforts.
• Assist in the planning and execution of online or offline promotional events and product launches.
• Help with administrative tasks related to marketing projects, such as data entry, reporting, and coordination.

Qualifications - Education and Certification

• A minimum of a Diploma or a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient in a variety of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,).
• Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, and the food industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn. At least 6 Months – 1 Year of relevant working experience
