Group Head of Finance at Treasure Communication Limited

Treasure Group is seeking a seasoned and hands-on Group Head of Finance to lead and oversee our fi- nance operations spanning multiple businesses and countries. This strategic role is pivotal to the growth and sustainability of our organization, offering high visibility and impactful leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategic Financial Planning
• Formulate and execute financial strategies aligned with group objectives.
• Financial Reporting
• Oversee timely and accurate preparation of group and subsidiary financial statements.
• Risk Management
• Identify and mitigate financial risks across jurisdictions.
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Lead budgeting cycles, forecast performance, and track variances.
• Team Leadership
• Develop and manage a strong finance team across business units.
• Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure adherence to international and local financial regulations and standards. Stakeholder Engagement
• Communicate financial strategies and performance to the Board and senior leadership.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

Education

• Master's Degree in Business Management (Accounting/Finance option) or a related field.
• Bachelor's in Commerce (Finance/Accounting) or its equivalent.
• CPA (K), ACCA, or similar professional qualification.

Experience

• Minimum 12 years in finance management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in multi-business organizations and Board-level reporting is essential.
• Exposure to financial regulations across multiple countries, preferably with international finance experience.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-cultural financial acumen.
