Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive marketing experience, with 2+ in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality, or Lifestyle marketing.
• Strong digital marketing skills (SEO, SEM, CRM, automation).
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's an advantage)
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the TSAVO Lifestyle marketing strategy and annual plan.
• Drive resident acquisition and retention to achieve high occupancy rates.
• Lead digital campaigns and brand-building initiatives for TSAVO Lifestyle.
• Oversee content creation showcasing community, amenities, and resident experience.
• Manage Lifestyle community platforms and resident engagement activities.
• Set and track KPIs; lead and coach the Lifestyle marketing team.
