Expertise Required:
HR Experience: Minimum of 10 years as an HR Generalist with a strong foundation in People Partnering.
Talent Management: Experience in designing and implementing talent development initiatives that yield tangible results.
Employee Relationships: Deep understanding of employee relations and local labor practices.
Compensation and Benefits: Proven experience in managing compensation and benefits programs.
Leadership: Proven ability to coach and advise senior leaders.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to leverage data in shaping people strategies and tracking key metrics.
