Job Summary:

• We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably from a fast-paced HR recruitment firm, and a strong understanding of hiring processes. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to meet the staffing needs of our clients or internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various job openings across different levels and departments.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
• Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending job offers.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, including communicating with candidates and interview panels.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and databases.
• Assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Provide recommendations for improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in a busy recruitment firm.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interviewing methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and candidate engagement.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with online job portals and social media recruiting platforms.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices
