    HR Supervisor

    Job Overview:

    • We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Supervisor to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support and lead various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR projects, while ensuring best practices and compliance with labor laws.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, screening, interviews & offers. Optimize recruitment channels (job boards, headhunters, and social media). & Enhance employer branding through strategic recruitment communications. Analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and sourcing efficiency. Handle employee relations: address complaints, disputes, and provide resolution. Manage the employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits.
    • Support performance management by maintaining feedback and evaluation records. Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
    • Administer HR documentation: contracts, policies, reports, and payroll data.
    • Ensure compliance with HR policies and local labor laws.
    • Execute special HR projects assigned by management.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR role.
    • Solid knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic knowledge of HRIS is a plus. Strong communication, interpersonal, and record-keeping skills.
    • High levels of discretion with confidential data. problem-solver with strong decision-making abilities
