Participate in strategy formulation, implementation & review for proper stock management
Prepare, implement, monitor & manage the annual budget for the department.
Collaborate with the loss control team, and develop strategies to minimize pilferage & shrinkage –
Develop, implement & review policies and procedures to provide guidelines on stock management.
Collaborate with the HR Department representatives to deliver on the people management agenda
Coordinate with Receiving/Dispatch Head and Warehouse Ops Section Head on the storage space and stock management best practices.
Engage team members in preparation of schedules that ensure efficient & effective documentation of received & dispatched goods by suppliers & internal customers
Accountable for accurate documentation of all invoices for payment by the Finance
Prepare supplier delivery schedule based on daily demand, warehouse capacity and accepted stock levels.
Accountable for wave execution based on the tasks at hand, priority per task and resources available to ensure efficient in customer demands execution and resource utilisation.
Coordinate & oversee stock take of goods at the Warehouse
Minimum Requirements:
Degree in suply chain management or related field
5+ years experience in inventory management in a WMS controlled environment.
