Investigations and Recoveries Officer at Peoplelink Consultants Ltd

Responsibilities

• Monitor and trace at-risk or offline vehicles and initiate timely recovery actions.
• Liaise with tracking service providers, law enforcement and repossession agents.
• Conduct field visits to verify asset locations and determine appropriate recovery methods.
• Contact and engage clients with overdue payments. or defaulted contracts to negotiate voluntary asset return.
• Ensure compliance with company recovery procedures and relevant legal frameworks.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ex dci officer is an added advantage
• Diploma in Criminology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in asset recovery, or repossession.
• Strong understanding of legal aspects surrounding asset recovery.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency with vehicle tracking systems and recovery tools.
• Professionalism in handling sensitive and high- pressure situations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting forWillingness to travel and work irregular hours when all recovery cases. necessary.
