    Investment Associate

    What You’ll Do:

    • Identify and evaluate promising startups aligned with the firm's investment strategy
    • Conduct due diligence, including financial modeling and impact assessments
    • Support deal structuring and execution
    • Monitor portfolio performance and contribute to impact reporting
    • Engage in market intelligence and strategic development activities

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
    • 3+ years’ experience in VC, PE, M&A, or corporate finance
    • Strong skills in financial analysis, valuation, and modeling
    • Experience working with startups or SMEs in sectors like energy, agriculture, mobility, or climate
    • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sustainability
    • Fluent in English (French is a plus)
