About the job

• Partner with the Regional Risk and Compliance team members to build a risk awareness culture on the account and minimize compliance gaps
• Support annual planning activities, including the account risk assessment, country risk assessment, and development of Risk and Compliance strategic initiatives and sampling plan
• Proactive analysis of data, developing summary conclusions and reporting, leading discussions with the team regarding findings
• Delivery of monthly client compliance checks and reporting
• Support timely and accurate reporting for key governance meetings
• Support Risk & Compliance training and Risk Champion programs
• Lead ad hoc compliance analysis and reporting, as assigned
• Manage the Sampling Program for your relevant country and support global team, including but not limited to, develop / improve sampling program templates and technology; work with team members to ensure timely completion of sampling activities; manage individual sampling reviews as assigned to include: risk-based work program development, managing information requests, performing sampling, testing documentation, summarizing results and recommendations, and presenting findings to senior management; track management action plans to timely completion; provide insightful analysis and reporting over all sampling activities
• Review and analyse country risk incident reporting. Assist in the management of follow up reporting to risk incidents. Assist with regional analysis of risk incident reporting
• Lead assigned special projects / initiatives independently or with support from Regional Risk & Compliance Manager with minimal guidance in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Risk and Compliance team, including development of templates, policies, and procedures
• Identify opportunities for improvements in processes and collaborate with the business partners to implement appropriate remediation plans
• Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with peers, internal colleagues, and clients
• Capture and analyse contractual and procedural data used to detect trends that may indicate systematic risk to organization requiring further review, assessment, and root cause analysis, follow-up, and escalation
• Perform training activities as needed.
