    Lead – Digitization & Capability Development

    Responsibilities

    • Drive New feature rollout on Sales & Tribe app
    • Understand & resolve Field issues on sales Apps & Other digital Tools
    • Manage IT developments related to evolving KYC / Biometric regulations & compliance
    • Own & Run the sales Academy- Driving training & Capability development with UpGrad
    • KYC App (Tribe) issue resolution  
    • New feature UAT completion 
    • Coordinating field testing for App issues
    • Managing User / network masters
    • Uploading targets on Sales App
    • Mobigo tracking/Utilization/efficiency

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT, or related field.
    • 4–6 years’ experience in sales operations, distribution management, or digital transformation (telco/FMCG/tech industries preferred).
    • Proven success in deploying digital tools in large sales/distribution networks.
    • Strong background in sales capability building and people development.
    • Hands-on experience with CRM, sales force automation, digital trade systems, and analytics tools.
    • Certifications in Digital Transformation, Agile, or Sales Enablement are an advantage.
