    Loan Officer

    LOAN OFFICER

    • Manage loan disbursement, collections, and customer payments.
    • Conduct market research and ensure proper business appraisals.
    • Maintain a customer database and assist in branch operations.
    • Develop and implement loan and collection strategies.
    • Prepare and submit weekly reports.
    • Meet monthly KPIs: Disbursement, Collections, New & Active Customers.

    REQUIREMENT

    • Business-related Degree/Diploma.
    • 2+ years in sales/marketing (microfinance experience is a plus).
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relations skills.
    • High integrity, computer literacy, and goal-oriented mindset.
