We are seeking an experienced Manager - Outsourced Accounting Services to lead client accounting engagements and strengthen service delivery.
To manage outsourced accounting engagements, ensure high-quality finan- cial reporting and tax compliance, lead accounting teams, and support client growth and firm revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and review outsourced accounting engagements across multiple clients.
Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management accounts.
Ensure compliance with IFRS / IFRS for SMEs and Kenyan regulatory requirements.
Review and approve tax filings (Corporation Tax, VAT, PAYE, Withholding Tax) via KRA iTax.
Supervise and mentor accounting staff; allocate workloads and review outputs.
Maintain quality control, ethical standards, and proper documentation.
Act as primary contact for assigned clients and attend client meetings.
Identify advisory, cross-selling, and revenue growth opportunitie
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA (K); fully qualified and ICPAK registered.
6-8 years' experience, with 2-3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, Kenyan tax laws, and compliance frameworks.
Proven leadership, client management, and communication skills.
