You will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote ITM Holding’s products, services, and brand across multiple channels.
You will manage marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
You will analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies and enhance effectiveness.
Communications and Partnership Management (30%)
You will manage internal communications to ensure consistent messaging across the organization and keep employees informed about key initiatives, updates, and achievements.
You will develop and implement external communication strategies to enhance the company’s image, manage media relations, and increase brand visibility.
Branding and Content Creation (30%)
You will build and maintain ITM Holding’s brand identity, ensuring consistent branding across all platforms and materials.
You will work with external partners, including media, influencers, and industry organizations, to strengthen the company’s market position.
You will coordinate corporate events, conferences, and partnerships that enhance brand recognition and business development opportunities.
You will create press releases, newsletters, blog posts, and other content that reflects ITM Holding’s mission, values, and goals.
You will create engaging content for social media, websites, and internal communications
Reporting (10%)
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with broader business goals and objectives.
You will provide regular reports on marketing campaign performance.
You will track and report on brand health, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.
You will provide insights and recommendations based on analytics to inform ongoing
marketing strategy and decision-making
You will report and escalate to management as needed.

Requirements
Profile (Knowledge, Skills, Certification and Experience)
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
You have at least 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, with a proven ability to manage campaigns and enhance brand presence.
You have strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
You have excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
You are proficient in marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Hootsuite,
Mailchimp, Google Ads, etc.).
You have the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and effectively communicate
them to a diverse audience.
You have excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
You are able to build good working relationships with colleagues at all levels
You have high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
You have the ability to take initiative, to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
