Set up machines (settings, calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
Test operation of machines periodically
Fix issues that might occur during the shift
Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
Keep Valid records of approved and defective Production of finished products as per the machine.
Maintain activity logs, or records.
Minimum Qualifications
Grade Test
2+ Years experience in the fabrication industry
Thorough understanding of the use and application of cosmetic(aesthetic), workmanship standards as would be used in the metal fabrication industry.
Knowledge with ISO 9001 Quality management systems, Health and safety and other systems as may be adopted by the company.
Inspect Machine settings and parameters as per welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)and product characteristics within acceptable performance and productivity standards to achieve quality and quantity.
