    Operations Lead-Kitchens

    What You’ll Do

    Lead & Inspire Teams

    • Supervise, train, and mentor a team of Operations Associates.
    • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence in line with ANDO values.
    • Work closely with the management team to ensure strong communication across teams.

    Drive Outlet Performance

    • Own key metrics including revenue, food cost, packaging cost, gross profit, prep time, delivery times, and order accuracy.
    • Monitor daily and weekly performance, identifying gaps and driving improvements.

    Champion Guest Experience

    • Ensure every order meets our promise: less than 15 minutes prep time, less than 30 minutes delivery time, and outstanding packaging quality.
    • Actively resolve customer issues and put processes in place to prevent repeats.
    • Always think one step ahead to create “wow moments” for guests.

    Manage Inventory & Quality

    • Oversee store management, preventing stock-outs and reducing variances.
    • Partner with the Culinary Lead to enforce food quality and hygiene standards.
    • Ensure compliance with food safety and kitchen hygiene regulations.

    Coordinate Delivery Operations

    • Manage courier partners to balance supply and demand.
    • Ensure no delays occur due to shortages in delivery supply.
    • Maintain strong relationships with riders, motivating them to deliver with excellence.

    Who You Are

    • You have 2–3 years of experience in food & beverage/restaurant management, handling both front of house and kitchen operations.
    • Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Data-driven and organized, with an eye for efficiency and detail.
    • Customer-obsessed: you understand that great food + great service = loyal guests.
    • Bonus: Experience working with Nigerian cuisine.
