Patient Education Manager at Novo Nordisk

The Position:
As a Patient Education Manager, you will:

• Project manage all iCARE Patient Empowerment initiatives, including awareness, screening, patient education, and patient support programs.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with stakeholders such as multinational companies, NGOs, Patient Associations, and the Ministry of Health.
• Lead the digital innovation for patient education and empowerment in Middle Africa.
• Responsible for tracking, monitoring, reporting, and compliance requirements for all Patient Empowerment initiatives
• Team lead and coordinator for Diabetes Nurse Educators

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• University degree in biomedical sciences, public health, pharmacy, health economics, health administration/management, or medicine.
• 3+ years of experience in program/project management in population health interventions.
• Previous experience leading non-communicable disease programs is a plus.
• Experience leading patient empowerment/education programs in multinational pharma companies is great advantage.
• Experience leading strategic partnerships to improve patient outcomes in donor agencies or NGOs is a plus.
• Strong project management, business understanding, collaboration, and communication skills.
