    Program Coordinator

    This role involves working closely with the program team to manage, monitor, and report on program activities while coordinating with partners and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. The Program Coordinator will play a key role in project planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation, contributing to the overall strategic and operational success of the initiative.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in developing program plans, coordinating activities, and ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
    • Maintain active communication with program partners and stakeholders, offering technical assistance and ensuring effective collaboration.
    • Oversee data collection processes, support impact assessments, and prepare regular reports on program progress.
    • Track expenses, monitor program budget, and support financial reporting to ensure compliance with donor and GBF guidelines.
    • Compile and prepare program reports, case studies, and best practices for internal and external sharing.
    • Work closely with the program team to align objectives, support communication efforts, and ensure adherence to program standards.
    • Support related tasks as needed to meet organizational objectives.
    • Perform any other duty as assigned in line with the organization goals and objective.

     Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 5+ years of program coordination experience, preferably in impact investment, economic development, or social enterprise programs.
    • Strong project management and coordination skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in data analysis tools.
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and maintain productive relationships with partners.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to travel domestically as needed.
