Property Maintenance Officers
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , Diploma
- Experience 2 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Engineering / Technical , Real Estate
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Certificate in a technical field (e.g., Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Building Maintenance)
- At least 2 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
- Ability to organize and supervise repairs
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Driving License is a must.
