Optimize (together with SC) the e2e value chain demand-to-supply to improve supplier performance level with proactive supplier engagements, supplier quality level & Raws / Packs inventory & consignment stock
Ensures supply continuity and manages all critical shortages and FM’s avoiding out of stocks and impact on NES Brings contractual agreements to a higher level of maturity and standardization with regards to risk mitigation, operational performance and supply chain optimization (MOQ, Incoterm, Lead Time)
Collaborates with the Kenya Leadership stakeholders as FP representative
Ensure consistent global documentation & reporting on supply disruptions & defined supply resilience KPIs in the region
Responsible for local supplier scouting with close collaboration with the sourcing teams to increase the sourcing flexibility
Responsible for Direct Material (RAW/PACK/CMTG) sourcing for Kenya HAT business
YOUR SKILLS
Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain or Business
Minimum 5 years' relevant work experience
Sourcing &/or supply chain background beneficial
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to quickly gain Cross-category knowledge in different direct materials- & logistics sourcing categories
High level of digital skills to drive creative solutions embedded in digital framework Purchasing and Supply Chain
