Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant branches.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and upselling.
• Ensure consistency in service quality, food standards, and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and mentor teams to achieve performance and service excellence.
• Manage budgets, cost control, and profitability across outlets.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify customer trends and business opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives in collaboration with management.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a busy restaurant environment, with multi-branch management exposure preferred.
• Proven record in revenue growth and upselling strategies.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent understanding of customer behavior and hospitality market dynamics.
• Proficiency in restaurant management systems and MS Office tools.
