THE JOB

• As the Sales and Marketing Officer, you will lead business growth initiatives targeting recruitment, HR outsourcing and Training Services in the African Region

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in digital and social media activities
• Develop relevant training materials for online and digital marketing including flyers, videos etc
• Send out cold emails
• Carry out online research on potential clients
• Look out for tenders and requests for proposals and process the same
• Prepare business proposals and follow them through
• Lead generation

QUALIFICATIONS

We are targeting candidates with the following qualifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration graduated with a Second Class Upper Division. 
• Experience working with a HR agency offering recruitment or training services is an added advantage
