    Sales Represenatative

    Role Overview:

    • As a Sales Representative at Swizzsoft Systems Limited, you’ll be responsible for promoting and selling our cutting-edge fintech and enterprise solutions to businesses across Kenya. You’ll engage potential clients, present our products, and close deals — all while earning high commissions and receiving free industry-accredited training.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify, approach, and onboard potential clients across various sectors (e.g., SMEs, SACCOs, schools, NGOs, MFIs, etc.).
    • Promote and sell our solutions:
    • Core Banking Systems
    • Mobile Applications & ERP Solutions
    • USSD Codes (Shared & Dedicated)
    • Bulk SMS Services
    • Cybersecurity Solutions
    • POS Terminals, Smart Card Printers, ATMs, and other hardware
    • Present product demos and tailor solutions to client needs.
    • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
    • Attend training sessions and mentorship meetings to build your skills.
    • Submit regular reports and updates to the team lead or sales manager.

    Requirements:

    Education:

    • KCSE Certificate (Form 4 leavers are welcome)
    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is an added advantage

    Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation abilities
    • Basic tech-savviness and willingness to learn new software/tools
    • Self-motivated and target-driven
    • Fluency in English and Swahili

    Experience:

    • Previous sales experience is an advantage but not required
    • Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply
