Sales Representative- Ruai at Baron Capital Limited

Sales Representatives will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, presenting and promoting company products, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include;

• Selling logbook loans and title deed loans
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Identifying new customers and managing relationships.
• Following up on leads and converting them to sales.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles (similar microfinances is a plus!)
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Goal-oriented with a commitment to achieving sales targets
• High level of integrity and work ethic
• Familiarity with the financial sector and lending products is a plus
