    Senior Brand Manager

    We are looking for a results-driven, insight-led Senior Brand Manager with a passion for consumer-first marketing and commercial excellence, to lead strategic brand initiatives that drive market growth, consumer engagement, and business performance in Kenya.

    Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this will involve brand strategy development, product innovation, consumer insights, marketing campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen the brand's presence and profitability. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

    What you will do

    • Brand Strategy & Management - Develop and implement annual brand plans aligned with business objectives
    • Marketing & Campaign Execution - Lead planning and execution of integrated ATL and BTL campaigns (TV, radio, print, digital, social media, experiential). You will manage creative agencies end-to-end: briefing, contracting, and ensuring brand-aligned outcomes
    • Innovation & Product Development – Drive innovation and manage new product introductions
    • Financial & Budget Management – you will own the brand P&L, ensuring profitability and budget adherence
    • Consumer Insights & Market Research -Gather consumer insights and monitor market trends to inform strategy
    • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and regional/global Marketing teams for alignment on innovation, marketing strategies and to operational success.

    So, what does it take to be successful

    • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in FMCG brand management
    • Proven track record in developing and executing brand strategies and marketing campaigns
    • Strong financial acumen and experience managing brand budgets
    • Excellent understanding of Kenyan consumer behavior and market dynamics
    • Experience in innovation and new product development
    • Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools
    • A Strategic thinker with strong leadership and project management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
