Senior ERP Engineer at Talent Grid Africa

What you’ll do in this role:

• Develop, integrate, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics Nav / Business Central solutions.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
• Train end-users, ensuring ERP systems deliver maximum value.
• Drive innovation by recommending improvements and new approaches to enterprise applications.
• Safeguard systems against fraud and maintain data integrity.

What we’re looking for:

• We want a problem-solver, a mentor, and an innovator. If you have:
• A strong foundation in ERP development and implementation,
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics Nav (2009–2016) and Business Central,
• Solid knowledge of databases (MySQL/Oracle), Linux systems, and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes is a plus),
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in IT/Computer Science.
• Expertise in Dynamics Nav (2009-2016, Business Central).
• Strong ERP development & implementation skills.
• Database (MySQL/Oracle) & Linux knowledge.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes (added advantage).
• Excellent problem-solving & communication skills.
