    Senior Legal Assistant,

    JOB REF No. SLA/017/25

     Job Specifications

    • Organize and maintain documents
    • Organize Board Meetings Logistics, Maintain Board Registers and ensuretheyare updated
    • Draft correspondences
    • Bringing up files for appropriate timely action
    • Maintain and update the court register
    • Attending to the relevant government registries on a need basis
    • Assist in undertaking research on assigned legal issues
    • Compilation and completion of papers, reports and reference materials

    Person Specifications

    For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: -

    • Diploma in laws or equivalent qualification from a recognized institutionii. Four (4) years relevant experience
    • Certificate in Computer Proficiency
    • Meets the provision of Chapter Six of the Constitution

    • Credit Reference Bureau (CRB) clearance report.
    • Vallid Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations.
