SME Relationship Officer at Stratostaff

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Develop, maintain and expand SME client portfolio.
• Grow branch fees and commissions through targeted product and service offering to the SME portfolio.
• Proactively manage credit applications to reduce the possibility of NPA.
• Grow profitability, product penetration and customer satisfaction.
• Relationship management through customer acquisition and retention in line with the bank's strategy.
• Market the Bank’s service and products to increase business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business economic, finance or related field.
• At least two years of experience in banking operations and SME banking.
• Strong knowledge of local banking industry and banking products.
• Proficiency in marketing and selling.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Sound financial management skills and proficiency in analyzing financial data.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• High integrity, professionalism, result driven and proactive approach.
