    Web Developer

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in web design and front-end development (agency experience preferred).
    • Strong portfolio showcasing creative design and technical development skills.
    • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or other UI/UX design tools.
    • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and optionally React or Vue.js).
    • Experience with CMSs like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify.
    • Understanding of SEO principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
    • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and web performance tools (e.g. Lighthouse).
    • Basic knowledge of graphic design and visual branding.
    • Good understanding of marketing funnels, CTAs, and user journeys.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
    • Diploma or Degree in Web Design, Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field.

    Responsibilities

    • Design and develop responsive websites and landing pages using modern technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, WordPress, Webflow).
    • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, copywriters and marketers to bring campaign concepts to life.
    • Translate user needs and business goals into visually appealing and user-friendly Interfaces.
    • Implement SEO best practices in web design and development.
    • Maintain and optimize websites for speed, scalability, and performance.
    • Set up tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Pixels. Work with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot) to manage content and create custom themes or templates.
    • Stay updated on web design trends, tools, frameworks, and best practices.
    • Provide technical support for websites, troubleshoot bugs, and ensure uptime and functionality.
    • Test across browsers, devices, and platforms for a consistent experience
