    Welfare Team Assistant

    • Our welfare team assistants are on the frontline ensuring that animal welfare case reports are handled efficiently, from receiving reports to dispatching officers and maintaining case records.
    • As the first point of contact for the public, you will need to remain professional and calm while gathering crucial information, ensuring every case is recorded accurately, and following up as needed. You will also assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, correspondence, and supporting investigations or vaccination campaigns.
    • The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in both English and Kiswahili, the ability to stay calm in emergency situations, and excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with case management systems is advantage.
