    About The Position

    • As part of the AMEA Operations Team, the primary purpose of this position is to create and maintain 3PM Operations Framework in AMEA (Asia, Middle East and Africa) Region

      • Possess a robust background in Materials Procurement, ideally with a minimum of 7 years' experience in a multinational environment.
      • Demonstrate a proven track record in developing and executing effective Packaging Category Strategies.
    • Effective Communication and Stakeholder Management:
      • Exhibit strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills for successful collaboration with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and diverse teams.
      • Represent the Procurement function in business forums, ensuring clear communication aligned with the company's overall strategy.
    • Adaptability and Project Management Skills:
      • Showcase adaptability in navigating large-scale change management projects and international assignments, contributing to the role's dynamic nature.
      • Possess excellent project management skills, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and quality standards during project implementation.

    AMEA Packaging and Strategic Projects Procurement Manager

    About The Position

    • As part of the AMEA Procurement Team, the primary purpose of this position is to create and maintain Packaging Category Strategies in AMEA (Asia, Middle East and Africa) Region as well as represent Procurement for Strategic Projects

    So, what does it take to be successful in this role?

    • Strategic Procurement Expertise:
      • Demonstrate a proven track record of at least 7 years in Materials Procurement within a multinational setting.
      • Develop and maintain Packaging Category Strategies, including sourcing strategies, market studies, and supplier base management.
    • Effective Stakeholder Management:
      • Exemplify a high degree of personal integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and negotiation capabilities.
      • Collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders such as Procurement Global and Cluster teams, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Legal teams.
    • Adaptability and Change Management:
      • Showcase flexibility and adaptability, particularly in large-scale change management projects within an international context.
      • Ability to work independently and within a team, fostering strong working relationships across diverse organizational functions.
    • Communication and Language Proficiency:
      • Possess excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, ensuring effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
      • Represent Procurement in various forums, articulating insights on category dynamics and project status.
    • Project Management and Financial Acumen:
      • Utilize strong project management skills to lead and participate in the implementation of projects, adhering to budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
      • Demonstrate financial acumen by establishing budgets, tracking variances, and managing risks in collaboration with Finance and Key Stakeholders.
    • Successful candidates will enjoy working in a virtual and multicultural environment, adept at navigating supplier meetings, manufacturing plant meetings, and other travel requirements essential to the role.
