    Bread Delivery Sales Agent

    Responsible for loading and offloading bread to customers, sales collections, debt collection, and reconciliation. Identify new sales opportunities and meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sales Targets: Achieve daily sales revenue targets.
    • Stock and Delivery: Receive stock and deliver bread to depots and customers as per assigned route.
    • Sales Reconciliation: Daily cash and stock reconciliation with sales clerks.
    • Payment Collection: Collect signed invoices and cheques from customers, ensuring payment for delivered products.
    • Returns Management: Adhere to zero returns policy and control product damages.
    • Crates Management: Collect and account for crates daily.
    • Debt Management: Manage and reconcile payment processes.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Communicate price changes and new products, maintain strong customer relationships, and resolve escalated issues.
    • Market Development: Increase brand visibility and sales growth by opening new accounts.
    • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and collect market data.
    • Sales Cost Controls: Monitor vehicle usage, fuel, and manage the sales budget.
    • Quality Control: Implement quality assurance procedures and manage customer complaints.
    • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, customer accounts, and sales.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Diploma in sales, marketing, or equivalent.
    • Must have a minimum of 2 years of sales management experience in the bread manufacturing
    • Technical Expertise: Knowledge of manufacturing processes and products.
    • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Organizational: Efficient time and resource management.
    • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

    Value Added Services - Coordinator

    The VAS Coordinator role is key in end-to-end coordination of Value-Added Services (VAS) inputs i.e. Facilitating VAS Partner Onboarding as per process; Driving timely VAS service request execution (RFI); Executing VAS Billing operations; and, Managing VAS operations process improvement.

    Key Responsibilities (Balance scorecard)

    Financial, Customer, and Processes impacting KPIs

    • VAS Partner Onboarding
    • ensure the Partner is onboarded through the laid out system capture process
    • validate to ensure the Contracts are as per recommended templates and filled appropriately
    • ensure/validate the recommended KYC (know your customer) documents are attached
    • follow up with relevant internal functions to ensure successful Partner onboarding, as guided by regulatory & policies.
    • Implement legally binding requests (e.g. cessations, split accounts, etc) by following recommended policies and procedures

    VAS Service requests execution

    • ensure request form and are received from the partner
    • ensure validation of request form by sales
    • ensure invoicing by Revenue accounting
    • ensure partner shares a POP (purpose of payment), in alignment with the invoice
    • ensure validation of payment by Finance Treasury
    • ensure RFI (request for implementation) is raised and tracked for delivery within SLA (Service Level Agreements)
    • follow up VAS escalations to closure

    VAS Billing operations

    • Improved Billing execution
    • Billing preparation & validation
    • The monthly invoicing to the partners.
    • The monthly credits to the partners.

    VAS processes improvement

    • ensure proper processes and procedures are implemented
    • come up with solution based proposals for process improvements
    • execute process improvements
    • track KPIs vs delivery within SLA (Service Level Agreements)
    • Maintain a VAS Partner Base and Central repository for all VAS & SDP/A2P related Documentation

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
    • 2–4 years of experience in telecom, digital services, VAS, or sales operations.
    • Prior exposure to working with cross-functional teams
    • Understanding of VAS products and services in a telecom environment.

    ERP/CRM Software Sales Executive

    • Our client is looking to hire a Software Sales Executive with experience in ERP or CRM software. The ideal candidate must hold a valid driver’s license and have at least 2+ years of proven sales experience in mid-sized software companies. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a dynamic and competitive environment.

    Duties:

    • Assisting the Channel Team in their daily work
    • Handling calls
    • Contacting potential partners and customers
    • Helping to manage partner relationships
