    Credit Control Officer

    About This Role

    We are a leading player in Kenya’s commercial baking and food manufacturing sector, known for delivering freshly baked goods to a wide network of customers across the country. With a strong emphasis on operational excellence and customer satisfaction, we’ve built a reputation for reliability and quality in the fast-moving consumer goods space.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers.
    • Set and review credit limits in line with company policies.
    • Issue invoices and statement accurately and on time.
    • Follow up on overdue accounts through calls, emails, and visits.
    • Maintain proper records of customer accounts and reconciliations.
    • Prepare monthly aging reports and recommend actions for delinquent accounts
    • Liaise with sales and customer service team on credit and collection matters.
    • Assist in developing and enforcing credit control policies and procedures.
    • Support external audits and management reporting on receivables.

    Qualifications

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
    • CPA Part 2 or above preferred.
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in credit control or accounts receivables, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
    • Proficient in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems).

    Customer Service Officer

    About This Role:

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email and social media.
    • Manage customer orders, invoices by Ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.
    • Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues where necessary
    • Maintain an updated customer database and truck customer interaction
    • Support marketing and sales initiatives, including promotion and customer outreach
    • Liaise with production and delivery teams to ensure customer needs are met.
    • Collect and report customer feedback for continuous improvements.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business management /Administration, marketing or related field
    • At least 3 years of experience in customer service. preferably in FMCG, food and or retail industry
    • Proficiency in MS office and basic CRM systems
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Kiswahili
